Release of Final Results
Final marks and grades are generally released within four weeks of the end of each study period. Official results release dates are published in the Academic Calendar, available on the College website. Before results can be released, all final marks and grades must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Examiners in accordance with the Award of Grades Policy.
Following the Board of Examiners meeting, several academic, technical, and administrative processes must be completed before results can be published. Once these processes have been finalised, Student Services will notify students by email that their results are available. Students who successfully complete the final units of their course must also have their course completion approved by the Academic Board before a Completion Letter can be generated and issued.
These quality assurance and governance processes are essential to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of student results before they are officially released, and course completion is confirmed.
Priority Marking
Some students may need their final results before the published release date to support a visa application or admission to further study. In exceptional circumstances, the College can support priority marking of assessments. Approval is not guaranteed and is only available where a student can demonstrate significant disadvantage if they are required to wait until the official results release date. An administration fee of $50 applies to successful applications.
