Student Email & Microsoft Office 365

Once you are an enrolled student of CHS, you have to use your student email to communicate with us. You should activate your College email as soon as possible and check your email regularly. Accessing your student email:

URL: Office 365
Username: Your student number + @CHScollege.edu.au
Password: “CHS” + “Your date of birth” in this format: CHSddmmyyyy (e.g. CHS09021999)

CHS also provide free Microsoft Office to every CHS student. You will have access to the latest version of the full Microsoft Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, One Note, and more office products are available for offline and online use. You can use these software for free for the entire duration of your studies with CHS.

To access your Office 365 account, follow these simple steps:
For PC and MAC:

• Visit GetOffice365
• Click through to sign in with student credentials & download
• On the installation page select your language and click install

For iOS and Android Devices:

• Download from the iOS or Android app store
• Sign in with your student credentials
